Here are the technical considerations to keep in mind regarding integration with this GPS:
Critical Fields
For the integration to work properly, we must ensure that the following fields in the unit shipment (segment unit on the tracking tab) are filled out correctly:
- Tractor number
Carrier Equipment Report
This integration DOES include a Carrier Equipment Report.
You can access it in the Reports -> GPS Integrations -> Monsat Carrier Equipment section.
Start Status
Once the fields are filled out correctly, the integration should start returning locations with the Dispatched status.
The location will be updated as long as the segment has tracking enabled, the iintegrations enabled, the correct unit information, and is in one of the following statuses:
- Dispatched
- Box in the collection yard
- In progress
- Confirmed Pickup Appointment
- Loading
- Loaded
- In transit
- At the bus stop
- Box at the intersection
- At the border
- Box at the carrier's yard
- At the destination
- Box in the loading dock
- Confirmed Delivery Notice
- Downloading
Frequency of integration
If all requirements are met and the integration is working properly, the unit's location will be displayed every 2 minutes, whether it is tracking normally or experiencing an error, if any.
The Transportation Equipment Report on the platform is updated every hour.

You can configure notification channels for both errors and tracking update logs.
