Main Functions of the Support Area
This is a portal where we centralize all the support tools for Fleet Rocket TMS users:
- Knowledge base, with system mappings and explanations, how it works, and practical tips for use.
- ChatBot, an AI agent that you can chat with to resolve queries intelligently.
- Request area, to check requests, both those that are still open and those that have already been closed for consultation, and the possibility of initiating new requests to the system.
At Fleet Rocket TMS, we are always available to support our customers, and it is precisely with this goal in mind that we have designed and optimized this support portal to streamline and respond to all needs that may arise:
- Our knowledge base already has mapped processes and frequently asked questions, so you can find detailed explanations and answers to your questions on the spot, in text, image, and video format. It is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
- You can open our ChatBot and ask your question, and with its AI, it will analyze the entire knowledge base in seconds, providing you with a convenient summary of how to proceed, as well as indicating the main applicable articles available in the knowledge base. It is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
- If you are unable to resolve your issue immediately with the help of the knowledge base and our Intelligent ChatBot, you can also use the request area, where you will receive personalized assistance from our team of support agents.
Importance of Logging In to the Support Area
It is vitally important that you log in to the support area with your credentials for the following reasons:
- The knowledge base contains public articles, but also private articles that are only available to our customers. If you have not entered your credentials, you may be missing out on important content about Fleet Rocket.
- The requests area intelligently stores all your interactions, providing you with a history of requests and their status for reference. If you have not entered your credentials, the system will not store your requests correctly or display your complete history.
- In addition, our registered customers have priority support, which they can enjoy when they log in correctly with their user account.
In the top menu of the support area, you will see the following options:
- Log in. If you see this option, it means you are not properly logged in to the support area.
- If, on the other hand, your name appears instead of Log in, it means you are already properly identified in the support area.
Your support area credentials are shared with you during the initial Fleet Rocket TMS implementation and deployment process. If for some reason you have not received these credentials:
- Click on Log In, enter the corporate email address you usually use at your company, and try the forgotten password process to receive a new access password.
- If the above process does not work, you can send us a request (select "Send a request"), and our team will send you your new login credentials.
