Practice Environment vs. Real Environment
Before sharing access to the platform, we must begin by clarifying that at the start of the system's implementation and deployment, a practice environment will be created for your company.
This environment works exactly the same as your real Fleet Rocket, with the same functions and capabilities, except that it will have no practical effects or external notifications.
For example:
- We can register a supplier account and its users without them receiving notifications of registration in the system.
- We can create and assign a shipment without the carrier receiving actual shipment notifications.
This environment will allow us to operate on the platform with confidence and learn comfortably without any effects in the real world.
We encourage you to make the most of this training and practice environment.
Before starting the training, the environment will be set up and all users will be shared with you, corresponding to all contacts shared for training.
Once the training is complete, you will begin operating in the final real environment.
It is important that you are familiar with these two concepts and know how to differentiate between these two environments, as they are accessed differently.
For quick access in your day-to-day work, we recommend that you add the site bookmark to your browser, correctly identified (practice vs. real), so that you can quickly access the system with just one click.

Credentials and Log In
This is the Fleet Rocket TMS home screen.
Please enter the credentials provided to access the system.
If for any reason you receive an error message, you will see a message that says: "Forgot your password?"
Click on it, and you will be guided through the password reset process via the email address registered for your account.
