This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those assigned the IT role will be granted permissions to:
- Create and edit Back Office users
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Drivers
- Create Driver accounts
- Regular Users cannot be created. An error will be displayed if you try to do so.
- View and use of reports
