Introduction
Shipper accounts have the option to configure roles for their users, these roles will define the notifications that users will receive regarding the loads that are assigned to this particular shipper account.
Configuring User Roles / Notifications
The configuration of the carrier users is found on the Shipper Details page, then on the second tab from left to right Customer Contacts and in the middle is Shipper Users.
When you want to add a user to the carrier account you need to fill in the fields Name, Email, Phone, Password and finally select the required roles.
In this tab it is also possible to edit users and delete them.
**It is important that the users confirm their user in the system by means of the confirmation email in order to change to Active status.
Notifications
The notifications received by e-mail are as follows.
Load Status Notification (Role: Employee)
This notification is received when the status of a customer's cargo reaches that specific status. From dispatched to unloading. You can configure in the customer details page the statuses in which the customer is interested in receiving notifications.
We go to the shipper details page, in the first tab customer information and finally scroll down to edit the notifications section.
