Introduction

Carrier accounts have the option to configure roles for their users, these roles will define the notifications that users will receive regarding the loads that are assigned to this particular carrier account.

Configuration of User Roles / Notifications

The configuration of the carrier users is located on the Carrier Details page, then on the second tab from left to right Carrier Contacts and in the middle is Carrier Users.

When you want to add a user to the carrier account you need to fill in the fields Name, Email, Phone, Password and finally select the required roles.

In this tab it is also possible to edit users and delete them.
**It is important that the users confirm their user in the system by means of the confirmation email in order to change to Active status.

Notifications

The notifications received by e-mail, depending on the role, are as follows:

Smart Filter (Role: Any)

This notification is received when an unassigned load is added to the system and the parameters match any smart filter created from the carrier profile.

New Load Assigned (Role: Dispatcher)

This notification is received when a POD (Proof of Delivery) document is attached to a load, which is required for a load to go to Completed status after the load has been discharged.

Load Information Updated (Role: Dispatcher)

This notification works for when the information entered on an assigned cargo was updated by any of the agents with permission to make changes.

Pending Load Dispatch Information (If required) (Role: Dispatcher)

This notification works for when pending dispatch information for a load, inventory and operator is missing to be filled in so that you can initiate the dispatch of a load in the system.

Proof of Pending Delivery (POD Manager)

This notification works for when a proof of delivery type document is pending to be uploaded on a load that is already in Unloaded status.

This notification is sent 2, 6 and 10 hours after unloading.
