To post loads in the system, go to the Freight menu on the left side, where you will find the summary panel with your shipments.
And we are offered different options for creating loads:
1. Publish full load. This is the complete manual process of creating loads.
2. Publish quick load. This is a reduced version of a full load, where the fields necessary for your quote are prioritized. This reduced format allows for the quick creation of loads, which is so important in spot loads. Loads created in quick format can be completed later with the missing information if desired.
3. Bulk Load. This is undoubtedly the fastest and most agile method for conveniently creating complete loading programs. For shippers who have schedules or spreadsheets with multiple shipments, which may even be repeated with a specific frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, etc.), you can use an Excel or Google Sheet spreadsheet with the schedule, which can then be uploaded to the system for automatic conversion into shipments in the system.
4. Templates. When we have a regular route, where the type of goods, origin, and destination locations tend to be repeated, the most convenient thing to do is to create a template for the route once, which we will then use as many times as necessary for quick and easy creation of loads for this regular route.
