Here are the technical aspects to consider about the integration with this GPS:
Critical Fields
For the integration to work correctly, we must make sure that the following fields of the unit dispatch (segment unit in the tracking tab) are correctly filled in:
- Tractor Plates
- Trailer Plates
Keep in mind that if positioning is obtained from both, the body positioning will always be prioritized and will be the one updated in segment tracking.
Carriers Equipment Report
This integration DOES include a Carrier Equipment Report.
You can access it in the Reports section -> GPS Integrations -> Standard Track Carrier Equipment
Start Status
When the fields are correctly filled in, the integration should start throwing locations from the Dispatched status.
The location will update as long as the segment has tracking enabled, integrations enabled, correct unit information, and is in one of the following states:
- Dispatched
- Box in pickup yard
- In pickup
- Pickup Appointment Confirmed
- Loading
- Loaded
- In transit
- In transit At stop
- Box in crossing yard
- At border
- Box in carrier yard
- At destination
- Box in delivery yard
- Delivery Appointment Confirmed
- Unloading
Notification Channels
Notification channels can be configured for both errors and tracking update logs.
