Introduction to User Creation
Both Back Office users and Operators can be created from the Users menu. Regular users (Shippers and Carriers) are created through the Accounts menu.
How to Create a Back Office User (BO User)
From the Users menu → BO Users → Create New
Fill in all required fields (marked with an asterisk) and select the role(s) assigned to that user.

How to Create a Regular User for Shipper Accounts
From the Accounts menu → Shipper → Create New
To create a new shipper account, you must enter the relevant information in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
Whether these fields are mandatory or not is decided during the Fleet Rocket TMS implementation process.
Remember that to create a shipper account, it must have at least one user.
The account owner will be the primary user of the shipper account.
As the first and only user at the time of account creation, they are the default administrator user.
How to Create a Regular User for Carrier Accounts
From the Accounts menu -> Carriers -> Create New
To create a new carrier account, you must enter the relevant information in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
Whether these fields are mandatory or not is decided during the Fleet Rocket TMS implementation process.
Remember that to create a carrier account, it must have at least one user.
The account owner will be the primary user of the carrier account.
As the first and only user at the time of account creation, they are the default administrator user.
How to Create a Driver Account
The Drivers tab provides an overview of all drivers registered in the system.
To create a new Driver user, go to Users → Drivers→ Create New.
Select the Carrier Account to which that Driver belongs and fill in all the required fields (marked with an asterisk).
Finally, click Save.
Email is required by asterisk, but this information is not always available, so the system will design and apply a personalized email based on the user's name for your convenience.
