How to reach that status

After creating the load in the system directly from the New Shipment, Quick Shipment o Bulk Shipments button.

Status properties

-This status refers to the load not being assigned to any carrier.

-This status also refers to an inactive load which isn't also posted to Marketplace

-It is in within the system without any further data filled out.
