This is an email addressed to carriers to tell them that the date and time of pickup of a load and the operator, trailer and/or tractor fields have not been filled in. These emails are sent 24, 12 and 4 hours before the pickup date in case they have not been filled in.

All users of the carrier account who have the "Dispatcher" role and are active. In addition, it is also sent to the "Main dispatcher" contact.
