This is an email to carriers to confirm them that they have been assigned a load.
The latest version of the Carrier Rate Confirmation is attached to this email. Also, each time a new version of the rate confirmation is generated, this email must be sent again.

Recipients

All users of the carrier account who have the "Dispatcher" role and are active. In addition, it is also sent to the "Main dispatcher" contact.
