This role can only be assigned to Carriers. Those assigned the Dispatcher role will be granted permissions to:
- All carrier roles can update the status of loads.
- Create, edit and delete operators from the carrier account.
- Assign driver and equipment (Trailer and truck - Dry van, Flatbed, Reefer box, Torton and Rabon depending on their inventory).
- Create and edit inventory (Tractors, Dry van, Platform, Reefer box, Rabons and Tortons).
- Receives a notification when a segment is assigned to the carrier.
- Receives a notification when segment information is updated.
- Receives a notification when the segment is cancelled.
- Receives a notification when a few hours before pickup no trailer, truck or driver has been assigned yet (24h, 12h, 4h before pickup).
