This role can be assigned to users of the Carriers and Shippers type. Those who are assigned the Account Manager role will be granted permissions (different depending on whether they are Carrier or Shipper) to:
- All shipper roles can generate loads.
- Create, edit and delete users of the shipper account.
- They do not receive notifications of loads.
- Viewing account Settings.
- Create loads.
- Cancel loads (before they have been assigned to any carrier).
- Display and use of reports.
- Create, edit and delete Facilities.
