This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. This role holds the highest number of permissions. Those who are assigned the Super Administrator role will be granted permissions to:
- Create and edit Back Office users.
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Operators.
- Create Operator accounts.
- Create and edit carrier accounts.
- Create and edit shipper accounts.
- Create and edit inventory (Tractors, Dry Box, Platform, Reefer Box, Rabons and Tortons).
- Create, edit, duplicate and cancel loads.
- In published loads, ability to create offers.
- In loads, in the Marketplace tab, ability to edit the "Live" checkbox that allows/denies to accept/reject offers.
- In loads, ability to assign a carrier.
- In the Marketplace, ability to accept and reject offers.
- Ability to upload upload to the Marketplace.
- Operate segments (split, replace, cancel, change status, edit segment information - minus the main sections in sales and disable tracking - and upload the POD of the segment).
- When an attempt is made to edit the not allowed sections, an error message will be displayed.
- Complete (the status of) both loads and segments. For this the complete button must be available (when the segment is in the dropped-off or complete state).
- In loads, capacity to add manual tracking.
- In both loads and segments, ability to edit the base price (commission tab).
- In loads and segments, ability to add or remove accessory charges.
- Visualization and use of reports.
- In loads, document upload capability (both at the load and segment level).
- Ability to edit information in loads and segments.
- In the loads, in the Segments tab, ability to edit the option Disable tracking. This option will only be editable when the segment is in the status "Stopped", "At border" and "At destination".
- In Shipper profiles, ability to create, edit, delete and manage Facility contacts.
- In carrier accounts, add, edit and delete Common/Preferred Lines.
