Dates of Completed and Unloaded Loads
Load Report
Introduction
This report provides an overview of the status of loads during a given period of time. It also allows you to filter the results according to Shipper, Operations Manager and/or Sales Manager.
The results are presented in two sections:
Summary of complete, unloaded, in progress and cancelled loads.
Table of details for each of the moved loads grouped in tabs according to the load status.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.
Filters and Selectors
Period selector: Allows you to select a specific date range in which the load status was updated. By default the range is defined from day 01 of the current month to the current day
- Currency Selector Filter: Allows you to choose the type of currency used to handle the load.
Shipper Filter: Allows to select the shipper(s) from which the report is to be obtained. By default it does not take any value.
Operations Manager Filter: Allows you to select the Operations Manager(s) from which you wish to obtain the report. By default it does not take any value.
Sales Manager Filter: Allows to select the Sales Manager(s) from which the report is to be obtained. By default it does not take any value.
This report does not take into account private fleet loads, as they have their own independent reports.
Results
The results of this report are shown in two sections.
The upper section shows a summary of the loads in the different states, detailing total revenues, commissions and average distance traveled.
A detailed report is displayed at the bottom, divided into five tabs according to the status of the loads (Completed, Downloaded, In Progress, All, Cancelled).
The report displays the following fields:
- Numeric load identifier.
- Country Origin/Destination.
- Shipper/FleetRocket.
- Load type: spot/primary.
- State of origin.
- City of origin.
- State of destination.
- City of destination.
- Trailer.
- Operations Manager.
- Sales Manager.
- FleetRocket billing entity: Mex/US.
- Date cargo created.
- Date cargo status last updated.
- Pickup time.
- Delivery time.
- Billing reference.
- Entry.
- Commission.
- Carrier's name.
- Sales Representative.
- Comments.
- Reason.
- Pending Approval.
- Distance.

Original Currency Loads Report
Introduction
This report provides an overview of the status of cargoes during a given period of time. It also allows you to filter the results according to Shipper, Operations Manager and/or Sales Manager.
In this case, prices will be displayed in the original currency in which the transaction was made.
The results are presented as a table of details for each of the loads moved.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.

This report provides an overview of the status of the segments over a given period of time. It also allows you to filter the results according to Shipper, Carrier, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and/or Sales Principal.
The results are presented in two sections:
Summary of completed, downloaded, in progress and cancelled segments.
Table of details for each of the segments moved, grouped in tabs according to the status of the segments.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.

This report provides an overview of the status of loads and their associated segments over a given period of time. It also allows you to filter the results based on Shipper, FleetRocket billing entity and load identifier numbers.
In this case, prices will be shown converted to USD.
The results are presented as a table of details for each of the loads moved.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.

- Currency Selector Filter: Allows you to choose the type of currency used to handle the load.

Dates of Completed and Unloaded Loads
Introduction
This report focuses on summarizing the finished loads (completed and unloaded) highlighting the dates on which the last steps of the process were executed (unloaded, unloaded with POD, completed).
Allows you to filter the results for a certain period of time.
The results are presented as a table of details for each of the loads moved.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.
Filters y Selectors
Period selector: Allows to select over a specific date range when the load went to one of the three statuses that affect this report (Unloaded without POD, Unloaded with POD and Completed). By default the range is defined from day 01 of the current month to the current day.
Private fleet loads are not taken into account in this report, as they have their own independent reports.
Results
The results display a detailed report showing the following fields:
- Numerical identifier of the load.
- Status of the load.
- Date of discharge without POD.
- Date of discharge with POD.
- Date on which the cargo has been completed.
The report can either be exported to a spreadsheet or sent directly to the email of the user who is running it.
