How to change to dispatched status
The dispatch of a load marks the beginning of a shipment's journey. This would be considered the first status of all those available.

Before starting dispatch, you can fill in Driver, Trailer, and Tractor in the load details. (Once a Carrier has been assigned)
!!! Important: There is no automatic status change when entering this data in the segment information. The first status change is manual and can be to any status. (It is important to maintain the order of statuses as a best practice and to ensure that none are skipped.)
Go to Segment Details and click Edit.
We select the Drivercorresponding to this segment, fill in all the information related to the Trailer/Tractor, and finally click on Update.
!!! Important: You must select an operator registered in the system and not leave any text written. Simply type their name or email address and select them from the drop-down menu. (If it is displayed in orange as in the image, it has been done correctly). correctamente)
!!! Important: When filling in the Tractor and Trailer values, it is mandatory to select them from the inventory list registered in the system. Simply enter the values in the fields and click on the drop-down option.
If the inventory is not registered, it must be registered in the inventory section. See Inventory
How to change to dispatched status
Once we have filled in all the necessary fields in the segment details, we will be able to change the status of the segment.
In the segment tab, click on Change segment status.
We select the status Dispatched (which is already the default), add Comments if necessary, and click OK.
