This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those who are assigned the Sales Carrier - Tracking and Tracing role will be granted permissions to:
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Operators.
- Create Operator accounts.
- Creating Regular Users is not allowed. When attempting to do so, an error will be displayed.
- In Carrier accounts it is allowed to edit all the information contained in the Carrier Contacts tab.
- When trying to edit any other section an error message will appear.
- Operate segments (split, replace, cancel, change status, edit segment information - minus the main sections in sales and disable tracking - and upload the POD of the segment).
- When an attempt is made to edit the not allowed sections, an error message will be displayed.
- In loads, capacity to add manual tracking.
- Display and use of reports.
- In the loads, in the Tracking tab, the ability to update tracking information.
