This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those who are assigned the Sales Carrier - Carrier Manager role will be granted permissions to:
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Operators.
- Create Operator accounts.
- Creating Regular Users is not allowed. When attempting to do so, an error will be displayed.
- In Carrier accounts it is allowed to edit all the information contained in the Carrier Contacts tab.
- When trying to edit any other section an error message will appear.
- In Carrier accounts, in the Carrier Information tab, only the Account Managers section is allowed to be edited.
- When trying to edit any other section an error message will appear.
- Create and edit inventory (Tractors, Dry van, Platform, Reefer box, Rabons and Tortons).
- In published loads, ability to create offers.
- In the loads, in the Marketplace tab, ability to edit the "Live" checkbox that allows/denies to accept/deny offers.
- In loads, ability to assign a carrier.
- In the Marketplace, ability to accept and reject offers.
- Operate segments (split, replace, cancel, change status, edit segment information - minus the main sections in sales and disable tracking - and upload the POD of the segment).
- When an attempt is made to edit the not allowed sections, an error message will be displayed.
- In loads, capacity to add manual tracking.
- In both loads and segments, ability to edit the base price (commission tab).
- In loads and segments, ability to add or remove accessory charges.
- Display and use of reports.
- In the loads, in the Segments tab you can edit the "Sales Main" section.
- In carrier accounts, edit the automatic GPS tracking information in the Tracking Data tab.
