This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those who are assigned the Private Fleet - Customer Service role will be granted permissions to:
- Create, edit, duplicate and cancel shipments.
- Operate segments (split, replace, cancel, change status, edit segment information - minus the main sections in sales and disable tracking - and upload the POD of the segment).
- When an attempt is made to edit the not allowed sections, an error message will be displayed.
- In loads, capacity to add manual tracking.
- Display and use of reports.
- In loads, document upload capability (both at the load and segment level).
