This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those who are assigned the Sales Representative role will be granted permissions to:
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Operators.
- Create Operator accounts.
- Creating Regular Users is not allowed. When attempting to do so, an error will be displayed.
- In Shipper accounts it is allowed to edit within the Shipper Information tab, but only the information contained in the Account Managers section.
- For Shipper accounts it is allowed to edit all information contained in the Shipper Contacts tab.
- When trying to edit any other section an error message will appear.
- Display and use of reports.
