This role can only be assigned to Back Office users. Those who are assigned the BO User Manager role will be granted permissions to:
- Create and edit Back Office users.
- Edit Regular Users (carriers and shippers) and Operators.
- Create Operator accounts.
- Creating Regular Users is not allowed. When attempting to do so, an error will be displayed.
