How to make a offer for a Load in Marketplace
**When a shipment is created in the system, it is not assigned to any carrier nor posted anywhere.
Marketplace implies the posting of loads and offers with the goal of reaching bids that are conveniente for both the shipper and the carrier.
Data required to publish a shipment on the Marketplace
When creating a new shipment, we must fill out a form, where some fields are mandatory.
This is the information we require in order to publish our cargo on the Marketplace, which is:
- Boarder
- Type of business
- Sales status
- Box type and category
- Collection address
- Earlier harvest
- Final collection before
- Delivery address
- Earlier delivery
- Complete delivery before
- Amount and currency
How to post loads in Marketplace
**Before Loads can be able to receive offers it must change from Created to Posted status. This change is made by posting the Load to Marketplace
There are three different ways to post a Load to Marketplace
Load - Segments Menu
First way is going to Freight -> Shipments -> Details of the Load we want to access.
We go to the Segment List on the upper left -> Identify the segment of the load we want to post -> Post to Marketplace

The second way is by accessing the details/information of the Load in Freight -> Shipments -> Details of the Load we want to access.
We go to the Marketplace Tab on the right side -> Identify the segment of the load we want to post -> Post to Marketplace
LoadBoard
The third way is through the LoadBoard
We go to Freight -> LoadBoard -> Identify the Load of the Shipment we want to post to Marketplace.
Click on the required segment -> Post to Marketplace button on the right menu.
Once we click on Post to Marketplace we need to define the quantity, currency and time/date when the offer expires. Finally, we click on Save.
How to make a offer for a Load in Marketplace
There are two ways of making a bid to a Load in Marketplace.
Load - Marketplace Tab
The second one is in the Marketplace tab inside the Load Details
We go to Freight -> Shipments -> Identify the Load we need -> Details.
We go to the Marketplace tab on the right side -> Identify the segment of the load we want to bid to -> Add Offer
When we want to make an offer inside the Marketplace we must select the Carrier that's making the offer, the amount and currency.
We fill out all the required fields and finally, click on Add Offer.
LoadBoard
The third one is through the LoadBoard.
We go to Freight -> LoadBoard
We go to the Load we want to bid to and click on Add Offer.
