Resend confirmation email
This is the email that the newly registered user receives in their inbox for confirmation, allowing them to access the system using their credentials.
To resend it, go to Users → Back Office/Regular Users → Go to Details.
Reset password
We can access the details of each user we have created directly from the user tables.
Identify the user you want to resend the email to and click on Go to Details.
From this view, you can manually send an email to reset the password in case the user doesn't have it or has forgotten it.

Delete Account
To delete an account, go to the panel of the type of user you wish to remove.
Identify the user you want to delete and click the Delete button.
Confirm to finally delete the user.
For security reasons and to ensure complete traceability of interactions in the TMS, deleted or inactive users will retain their email address, which cannot be reused for new users. If you need to reuse the email address of a deleted or inactive user, please open a ticket to contact the support team.
Users statuses
Users have three possible statuses: Pending Confirmation, Active, and Deleted.
- When a new user is created in the system, they are assigned the Confirmation Pending status, and an email is automatically sent for them to confirm their account by clicking the link in the email.
- Once the user confirms, their status changes to Active.
- When a user is deleted from the system, they are not permanently removed but instead transition to the Deleted status.
