- Software version iOS 16 or later.
- Minimum 70 MB of available space.

How to activate GPS without interruption
One of the permissions required for the application to work properly is to always enable the location function. This has to be done in the phone settings.
We go to Settings.
Then we look for the Fleet Rocket app in the Apps List.
Click on the FleetRocket app and go to Location.
Finally we select Always.
Troubleshooting for Fleet Rocket iOS
If you experience problems with Fleet Rocket on your cell phone, we recommend the following steps to follow.
Battery level
When a cell phone enters battery below 20%, it offers the user the possibility to switch off resource-consuming background activities with the "low battery / battery saving" mode.
Enabling this option on the phone will disable the sending of locations from the Fleet Rocket app.
Please make sure that your cell phone battery is above 20% and that you do NOT activate the Power/Battery Saver mode.
In case the cell phone has been below 20%, please restart the cell phone to make sure that the Power Saving mode is not checked.
GPS Inactive
Sometimes for different reasons, the app and its GPS tracking becomes inactive.
Please check that the GPS is still enabled with the always option, according to the tutorial shown above, with the ALWAYS option.
Fleet Rocket Version
As is common with apps, they are evolving and being updated. In the same way, Fleet Rocket releases app improvements with new versions of the app.
It is possible that the version of Fleet Rocket installed on your phone is not the most recent.
Please go to the App Store and check that you are on the latest available version of our app.
In case you are offered the possibility to upgrade to a newer version, please update it.
After the version upgrade, check that it clicks correctly again.
If not, please check again that after the upgrade, the GPS settings are ALWAYS active as seen above.
Restarting the cell phone
In day to day practice, it has been proven that sometimes just turning off/resetting the cell phone helps by relaunching the app correctly after the executed changes.
Please restart your phone, and double check that the GPS option is still set as ALWAYS.
