Pickup and Delivery Information
Let's remember again that the goal of quick loads is to reduce the shipment creation form to the bare minimum, allowing them to be created quickly and dynamically in the system with the basics needed to quote and confirm availability.
Once the load is confirmed, the system will ask for the remaining important information to convert it into a fully operational load in the system.
To create a quick load without using templates, click Publish Quick Load from the Loads section of the system:
Pickup and Delivery Information
The first sections to fill out are the origin and destination points.
If we have pre-loaded our facilities on the platform, they can be conveniently and easily selected from the drop-down menu, which will automatically fill in the facility information fields.
If it's a new location that we haven't pre-registered, we will be asked to fill out important fields for identification and operation, such as:
- Address
- Receiver/Consignee.
Date and Equipment
In the case of quick loads, the only requirement is the shipment pickup date.
Likewise, only the type of box and category are required.
Tariff and Publication
On this final screen:
- We will add a maximum price as a rate for boarding.
- We'll assign an expiration date to the shipping proposal manually if we choose. Otherwise, the system will pre-load the pickup appointment date for us.
- As a special feature of the rapid freight creation system, we can select the number of shipments we want to create. This means that in a single creation, you can create multiple similar shipments in a single action, and later enter them to change specific information such as the appointment time or the unique shipment identification number.
- We will click on Publish Load.
Please note that if you create sets of multiple shipments, the system may take a few seconds to create shipments in bulk. This behavior is normal. It shouldn't take more than 3-5 seconds; please don't reload the page.
