To post loads to the system, we'll access the Loads menu on the left side, where we'll access the summary panel with our uploads.
And we are offered different options for creating loads:
1. Publish Full Load. This is the complete manual load creation process.
2. Publish Quick Load. This is a reduced version of a full load, where the fields necessary for quoting are prioritized. This reduced format allows for the rapid creation of loads, so important in spot loads. Loads created in Quick Load can be subsequently completed with missing information if desired.
3. Bulk Load. This is undoubtedly the fastest and most agile method for conveniently creating complete load schedules. For shippers who have schedules or spreadsheets with multiple shipments, which may even be repeated at a specific frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, etc.), you can have an Excel or Google Sheet-type spreadsheet with the program, and this can be uploaded to the platform for automatic conversion to shipments in the system.
4. Templates. When we have a common route, in which the type of marking, origin, and destination locations are often repeated. It's most convenient to create a template for the route once, which we can use later as many times as necessary to quickly and easily create loads for this common route.
