How to add contacts to a facility

How to view my facilities in FleetRocket

To view, manage, complete, add, or delete facilities in FleetRocket, access the Facilities menu.

Each facility in your list contains three icons:

• Down arrows. Clicking on these will open a drop-down menu with the details recorded for that facility.

• Pencil, to edit the details of an already created installation.
• Cross, to remove the installation from the list.

How to add contacts to a facility

Once the facility is created, we can add contacts to it.

To add contacts to an facility, simply open the details drop-down menu and click the blue Contacts button.

When you click on Contacts, a pop-up window opens showing:

• A list of existing contacts, if any.
• The option to add new contacts to the facility by clicking New.

Clicking New opens a drop-down menu where you can add contact information and select whether the contact type is regular shift, night shift, or weekend shift.
