How to view my active loads
To view your active loads, access the Loads menu from the left menu.
A list of your active uploads will appear here.
Remember that canceled and completed uploads are moved to the Archive and therefore will not appear in this list of active uploads.
How to filter my active uploads
In the upper right corner of the list of active uploads, you have the option to:
- Search by upload ID.
- Filter by upload status.
How to view my active loads in map format
If you prefer, you can also view all your active loads in map format by clicking Show Map in the upper right corner.
By clicking on Show Map, you'll access a map view where you can see the location of all your loads.
You'll access a summary overview of your active loads. Hovering over them with your mouse will reveal various icons identifying the different load statuses, a mini summary of the load, and the option to click on them to conveniently access the load details.
This viewer also offers the option to filter by load status in the upper right corner, so that only loads with a specific status appear on the map, such as loads in transit, or loads at the border, etc.
How to view load details
To view detailed information about a load, simply click on it in the list of active loads.
The cargo details will open in visual format:
- Shipment route on the map, from origin to destination.
- Current cargo status.
- If the unit is in transit, the last known location will be marked on the map. You can also view information regarding mirror accounts and tracking links on the right side.
- Easy access to Shipment Chat, where you can chat live with our system operators about your cargo.
If you would like to view more cargo details, click on Load Details in the upper right corner. You will access more tabs with detailed information:
The information will be conveniently organized in 3 main tabs:
- Details, with all the information entered when creating the shipment.
- Log, where all movements and actions performed during the shipping operation are recorded, with their date and time, and the name of the user who performed said actions to ensure complete traceability of the shipping operation.
- Documents, where all generated and shipment-related documents are conveniently stored, and you can easily download them with a click or attach new documents on your end that are necessary for the shipment process.
