For Android:
- Software version 9 or later.
- Minimum 40 MB of available space.

How to activate uninterrupted GPS
One of the permissions required for the application to work properly is to always enable the location feature. This has to be done in the phone settings.
We go to Configuration.
We then go to Apps > Manage apps.
We identify the FleetRocket app and click on App permissions..
Finally we go to Location and select Allow all the time.

If you experience problems with Fleet Rocket on your cell phone, we recommend the following steps to follow.
Battery level
When a cell phone has less than 20% battery, it offers the user the possibility to switch off resource-consuming background activities with the "low battery / battery saver" mode.
Enabling this option on the phone will disable the Fleet Rocket app from sending locations.
Please make sure that your cell phone battery is above 20% and that you do NOT activate the Power/Battery Saver mode.
In case the cell phone has been below 20%, please restart the cell phone to make sure that the Power Saving mode is not activated.
Inactive GPS
Sometimes for different reasons, the app and its GPS tracking becomes inactive.
Please check that the GPS is still enabled with the option of ALWAYS, according to the tutorial shown above.
Fleet Rocket Version
As is common with apps, they are evolving and being updated. In the same way, Fleet Rocket releases app improvements with its new versions.
It is possible that the version of Fleet Rocket installed on your phone is not the most recent.
Please go to the Google Play Store and check that you are on the latest available version of our app.
In case you are offered the possibility to upgrade to a newer version, please update it.
After the version upgrade, check that it clicks correctly again.
If not, please check again that after the upgrade, the GPS settings are ALWAYS active as seen above.
Android Version
Fleet Rocket needs minimum Android 9 version to work.
Please make sure that you are on this version or higher.
In case you are on a lower version, please update your Android version.
If you do not press, please double check that after the update, the GPS setting is still ALWAYS active as seen above.
To check your Android version, go to SETTINGS/Android SETTINGS.
Usually, the Android version will only have updates available when the phone is 2 to 3 years old in the market.
Cellphone Restart
In day to day use, it has been proven that sometimes just turning off/resetting the cell phone helps by relaunching the app correctly after the executed changes.
Please restart your phone, and double check that the GPS option is still set as ALWAYS.
