Filter by Pending / Completed POD
FleetRocket makes logistics management easier by allowing users to organize and filter loads based on their status or the need for specific documentation, such as Proof of Delivery (POD). Learning how to filter your loads on the FleetRocket home screen will help you focus on the shipments that require your immediate attention, improving the efficiency of your logistics operations.
Filter Loads by Status
Access to Filters: In the upper left corner of the home screen, you'll find the Filters button. Click it to display the available options.
Select Status: Within the filter options, select the status you want to view. For example, if you choose "Dispatched," FleetRocket will only show you loads that have arrived at their final destination.
Remove Filters: To view all your shipments again, regardless of their status, return to the filters button and select "All Shipments." This will reset the view to include all shipments.
Filter by Pending / Completed POD
FleetRocket also allows you to filter loads based on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, making it easier to manage the documents required for each load.
POD Tab: At the top right of the screen, select the POD tab to access completed trips.

View Trips:
Pending POD: At the top, completed trips that have not yet uploaded their POD will be displayed, giving you the option to upload that document directly.
Completed POD: Below, you'll find trips that have already completed uploading their POD documents.
