Uploading relevant documents for your loads to FleetRocket is an essential process that ensures transparency and efficiency in logistics operations. This step-by-step guide will show you how to easily upload documents such as Proof of Delivery (POD), photos, and other important files directly from your mobile device.
Select the Load
- Access the Load List: Start on the main FleetRocket screen and navigate to your load list.
- Select the Load: Identify and select the load to which you want to add documents.
Begin Documentation Upload
- Document Icon: Find and select the document symbol, marked with a paper clip, associated with the selected upload.

Upload Method: You will be offered two options to upload your document:
- File: Select this option to upload a document from your device storage.
- Camera: Choose this option if you prefer to take a snapshot of a document or load.
Select and Upload the Document
- Choose File or Use Camera: Depending on your previous selection, browse your storage to find the file or use your device's camera to take a photo.
- Document Type: Before uploading, select the type of document you are uploading from the drop-down list (POD, Photo/Other, Subject).
- Upload Document: Once you have selected the file and document type, confirm the upload by selecting "Upload Document."

In addition to the main method, you can also upload documents by accessing the More Information screen about a shipment and using the paperclip in the top right corner. This option is equally effective and allows you to add documents while reviewing additional details about the shipment.
