In order to obtain the credentials of an operator who will use the FleeRocket mobile application to update his loads, it is necessary that the Dispatcher/Coordinator/Person who has access to the web platform, grants them after they have generated them.
How to access FleetRocket
Once the application is installed, it is necessary to open it and enter the credentials previously provided for the log in.
Once the successful log in has been completed, a short introduction will be made to point out all the permissions required for the application to work properly (Access to location, camera and gallery).
Once all the necessary permissions have been accepted, the application can be used normally.
How to activate uninterrupted GPS
One of the permissions required for the application to work properly is to always enable the location feature. This has to be done in the phone settings.
We go to Configuration.
We then go to Apps > Manage apps.
We identify the FleetRocket app and click on App permissions..
Finally we go to Location and select Allow all the time.
Minimum requirements for the mobile app to work properly
For Android:

Software version 9 or later.

For iOS:

Software version iOS 16 or later.

Minimum 70 MB of available space.
How to reset password (Mobile)
It is not possible to change or recover the password in the mobile application.
If necessary, the operator should contact the manager / dispatcher / coordinator of their Carrier to request new credentials and have them generated in the FleetRocket computer version.
If they wish to use the same email, they must first delete the old profile to release the email, and then re-create a new operator profile with their email.
