Click the last button on the left: Settings; then the second tab from the top: Users.
This will display a list of all users associated with the Shipper account.
How to create a new user in FleetRocket
Attention! Only Shipper account users with the Administrator role and their shipper representative have permission to add a new user. If you need to create a new user and are unable to do so, please contact either of them.

This will display a list of all users associated with the Shipper account.
Click the Add User button, just below the Users tab.
Fill in all the corresponding fields, as well as the roles that will be assigned to you, and click Save.
User roles in FleetRocket
For Shipper account users, there are different user roles for managing information related to the account.
All of these users who have access to information related to the shipper's load vary in terms of permissions and notifications.
Account Admin
Refers to an administrator user within the Shipper account; this user has permission to create users and assign roles. Multiple administrator users can be created for the same account.
This type of user does NOT receive notifications about shipments.
Allowed: Create users and assign roles. View, complete, and assign information and documents within shipments.
Not Allowed: --
Accountant
Refers to a non-administrator user within the Shipper account.
This type of user does NOT receive notifications about shipments.
Allowed: View, complete, and submit information and documents within shipments.
Not Allowed: Create users and assign their roles.
Employee
Refers to a non-administrator user within the Shipper account.
This type of user does receive shipment notifications whenever there is a status change. There are several types of notifications for different shipment statuses, and this is configurable for your account. If you are interested in only some types of notifications and not others, please contact us to configure your notifications to your liking and receive information that is relevant to you.
Allowed: View, complete, and submit information and documents within cargo.
Not Allowed: Create users and assign their roles.
How to delete / edit an user in FleetRocket
It is not possible to edit the email addresses of Shipper users.
If the shipper wishes to reset their password using an email address they no longer have access to, they must contact the shipper's FleetRocket representative to:
- Add a new user to the carrier with an email address you have access to. (See above).
- Then, delete the old user whose email address you no longer have access to. (See above).
