How to dispatch and operate loads in FleetRocket
Once the carrier account is assigned to a load, it will immediately appear in the Dispatched tab.
This is where you can view, start, and review tracking logs for all the carrier's loads in progress.
How to start shipping a load
Once the carrier profile reaches the Assigned status, you'll be able to start shipping the load. Go to the Dispatch tab > Identify the load you want to start > Start Shipment.
When you enter a load for the first time on this tab, you'll be prompted to download a confirmation sheet before proceeding. Simply click Continue.
You will be asked to enter the remaining carrier information: Operator, Trailer, and Box.
Once you have filled out everything necessary, click Save.
Once the data is saved and nothing is missing (Trailer and Box), we will click on Proceed to be dispatched.
Confirm by clicking Continue.
How to change the status of a shipment
Once the status is Shipped, the Carrier profile has the option to change the status of the shipment. From Pickup to Unloaded.
Click on the Change Status button and confirm Continue.
How to complete a load
Once we have gone through all the statuses for a load, we will reach the status Unloaded without POD.
This indicates that to complete the load, it is necessary to upload a POD (Proof of Delivery) document. See how to upload load documents (below).
Once the POD document is attached to the cargo documents, a FleetRocket Partner can mark the cargo as complete from their profile.
Archive Tab
The Archive tab serves as a record of all completed loads from the carrier. All loads that have been completed or canceled are displayed here.
Important: A load can never be completed if the POD document has not been uploaded. Loads with a Downloaded status without a POD are found in the Dispatch tab.

How to View Load Documents
To view load documents, click on the Dispatch screen in the left-hand menu and click on the load whose documents you want to view from the load list.
Once you have entered the load, click the Shipment Details button in the top right corner.
Three tabs related to the load will appear. Click on the last one, which says Documents, and you will be able to view the cargo-related documents.
How to upload load documents
To view load documents, click on the Dispatch screen in the left-hand menu and click on the load whose documents you want to view from the load list.
Once you enter the load, click on the Shipment Details button in the top right corner.
Three tabs related to the load will appear. Click on the last one, which says Documents, and you'll be able to see the documents related to the upload. Click Upload File.
Afterwards, click on Choose and select the required file.
The Content Type menu will appear, and you'll select the appropriate type.
Finally, click Save.
