Carrier User Types
Before beginning to detail FleetRocket for transportation lines, it is important to highlight that within transportation lines, there are two views in FleetRocket for two very different types of users:
Carrier User
This refers to users from the perspective of a carrier who use our web-based platform on their computer to manage their loads, operators, and documents.
They can access it at the following link using their corresponding credentials.
Operator Users
Operator Users refer to operators who use the Mobile App to provide load updates to carriers and others involved in the operation.
They can access it by downloading the FleetRocket mobile app from the Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS.
How to Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, click the "Forgot your password?" button.
Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.
You will receive an email. Click Go to the Site.
On the new screen, fill in both boxes with your new password. Once you are sure that both fields match, click Set My New Password.
How to Access FleetRocket
To access the FleetRocket system, you must log in to my.fleetrocket.io
Afterwards, log in with the credentials provided.
If you have a problem with your credentials, please try the password reset process. If you continue to have access issues, please contact the broker who provided the credentials.
If you access the system for the first time with correct credentials, you will be asked to accept a liability agreement.

If you cannot remember the email address you used or no longer have access to it, please contact your Carrier representative, and inform them of the account and the email address you are trying to access.
